BUSTO ARSIZIO – Dutch chemical firm Tanatex has teamed up with Italian textile finisher G. Tosi S.p.a., to develop a new low temperature bleaching process for mercerised cotton.
Mercerisation is a chemical treatment applied to cotton textiles to permanently impart a greater affinity for dyes and various chemical finishes.
