BRATTLEBORO – The organic cotton industry received a double boost this week with news that the market continues to grow in the US, encouraged by consumer demand, price premiums, and regulatory shifts that will ease marketing restrictions, while in India, a new report suggests that the industry can help create thousands of jobs as well as much needed revenue for farmers in the Madhya Pradesh region.
