BRISTOL - Textiles once again remained one of the brightest sectors of the UK organic industry with sales of certified organic textile products licensed by the Soil Association growing by 2% in 2011 despite the fact that overall UK sales of organic products fell by 3.7% last year to a value of £1.67 billion.
