Patagonia re-states support for consumer label

PatagoniaVENTURA, CALIFORNIA – US outdoor clothing brand Patagonia has reiterated its hope that the Higg Index can be eventually used to allow people to scan clothing and textile labels in order to compare the environmental and social impacts of different products.

The Textile Engineer will research and develop new component parts and processes for products to meet specific performance or aesthetic criteria. The candidate will research and develop new ideas and techniques, including sources drawn from other industries.
