ClariantNEW YORK – After Clariant sells its Textile Chemicals, Paper Specialities and Emulsions business to the private investment firm SK Capital at the end of September 2013, the new company will be known as Archroma. It will have a turnover of around CHF 1.2 billion (US$12.7 billion) and employ approximately 3,000 employees.
