NIJVERDAL – Dutch textile technology company Royal Ten Cate has launched the first production machine for the digital finishing of textiles based on inkjet technology. The new technology, which is applicable to outdoor apparel and technical textiles, is said to have considerable environmental savings in terms of water, energy and chemicals and is being billed as first for the textile industry.
