BARNSLEY – A UK textile ink manufacturer has launched a new water-based ink for printing T-shirts which can be cured rapidly, and at a lower temperature than standard water-based inks – leading to major energy savings. The new ink is subject to a patent pending and has been awarded a grant by CO2Sense, an environmental organisation, to commercialise the development.
