WASHINGTON – The US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has announced it will analyse new proposed changes to its clothing Care Labelling Rule, which include allowing manufacturers to add instructions for wet cleaning, an alternative to dry cleaning textiles said to be more environmentally friendly.
