M&S to gather supply chain feedback

Plan A tshirtLONDON – Marks & Spencer will use mobile technology to gather feedback directly from 22,500 workers in its clothing supply chains in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh as part of a new deal it has signed with social enterprise technology provider, Good World Solutions. The retailer will carry out four surveys over the next year, collecting feedback on subjects such as working conditions, job satisfaction and training.
