REINACH – SK Capital has today completed the CHF 425 million (US$470M) acquisition of the Textile Chemicals, Paper Specialities and Emulsions businesses of Clariant, which will now be named Archroma. The worldwide staff of 2,900 employees will today transfer to the new company with immediate effect, but what does this all mean for the business going forward?
