STOCKHOLM - H&M head Karl-Johan Persson has said the Swedish fashion company is seriously looking at Sub-Saharan Africa as a production destination. The firm placed test orders in Ethiopia last autumn and Persson confirmed it will explore other areas in the region in spring – South Africa, the venue for April’s IWTO conference, is one country on the radar.
