Sustainability ‘misconception’ hits H&M ranking

H&M storeSTOCKHOLM – An assumption from consumers that low clothing prices equal poor pay and working conditions for garment workers meant that fashion retailer H&M came almost bottom in a sustainability ranking study conducted in Germany, according to communications agency Serviceplan.
