Walmart issues chemicals guidance

walmartBENTONVILLE - Walmart has stepped up its drive to remove hazardous chemicals from its supply chain by issuing a new directive to suppliers outlining its policy for eradicating certain ‘priority chemicals’ from its products. The move will directly impact textile manufacturers, Walmart having a healthy share of the US apparel market.
