“Low impact” cotton claim disputed

ASACARDIGAN BAY – A complaint upheld by the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) on a clothing retailer’s claim its cotton was “low impact” has highlighted the need for apparel brands to provide evidence to substantiate their sustainability claims.
