Bangladesh Accord “lacks legal teeth”

BANGLILLE - The Bangladesh Accord on Fire and Building Safety lacks legal teeth and is weighted unfairly in favour of brands and retailers over supplier factories and garment workers. That’s the conclusion of a Bjoern Fasterling, a professor of law at EDHEC Business School in Lille, France.
