LONDON – BSI has developed a new standard to assess greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from textiles. PAS 2395, which focuses on GHG emissions from textile manufacturing processes, including land use, raw material sourcing, energy use and end of life recovery or disposal, was developed with input from the likes of Cotton Incorporated, WRAP, Best Foot Forward and The Textile Institute.
