CMiA partner leaves cotton sector

ZIMBABWE – A local partner of Cotton Made in Africa (CMiA) has withdrawn from the initiative with immediate effect, and instead has chosen to focus on the production of food crops. CMiA cited ‘economic reasons’ for the withdrawl of Cargill Zimbabwe from the African cotton industry.
