BANBURY – With a great challenge for re-possessors of discarded clothing and textiles being their effective sorting, a study commissioned by WRAP to evaluate the use of technology in sorting end-of-life textiles has concluded that a 2D barcode, which carries information about the garment, could increase the volume of clothing and household textiles that are re-processed or recycled in a financially viable way.
