Mike Barry among BCI speakers

GENEVA - Marks & Spencer's director of sustainable business, Mike Barry, will be among the keynote speakers at the Better Cotton Initiative's members' meeting which takes place in Istanbul from 9-10 June. The event, which also features José Sette, executive director of the International Cotton Advisory Committee (ICAC) among the speakers, will offer updates on the Better Cotton supply chain as well as an opportunity for members to address procurement issues. "Taking on the challenge of our global mission requires a joint effort, leadership and continuous improvement. BCI members lead and drive this change by transforming the way cotton is produced worldwide," said a statement from the BCI.
