DKAHA – Follow-up factory inspections from the Accord on Fire and Building Safety in Bangladesh are still highlighting fire safety concerns, including locked gates, despite an on-going programme of corrective actions. The Accord and the Alliance for Bangladesh Worker Safety are now sharing inspection reports from factories in order avoid duplication, according to a news update from the Accord.
