SINGAPORE – Sustainable textile auxiliaries and colorants supplier Dystar has launched a new neutral black shade which is said to be free of p-chloroaniline (PCA) and other regulatory-controlled amines. The new dye is compliant with all Restricted Substance Lists (RSL), Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and doesn't contain any heavy metals. Dystar says Levafix ECO Black is based on a new chemistry and, as such, does not contain any of the commonly used commodity reactive black dyes.
