SINGAPORE - A new range of bio-based polyurethanes for textile coatings has been launched by polymers company Bayer Material Science, which includes up to 65 per cent renewable content. Impranil eco, a series of bio-based waterborne polyurethane dispersions with up to 65 per cent renewable content, has been developed to address the textile needs of the sportswear, footwear, automotive, and fashion industries, according to Bayer.
