ZDHC presents progress report

WAKEFIELD — The ZDHC Group has released its 2014 Annual Report which presents detailed progress towards its 2020 zero discharge goals, including the release of the ZDHC Manufacturing Restricted Substances List (MRSL), the carrying out of supplier training in chemical management and the development and testing of an environmental audit protocol. "These tools will be instrumental in delivering environmental performance improvements to all parts of the supply chain—brands, chemical suppliers, manufacturers and other intermediaries," says the report. "Our intent remains to work with dyehouses, chemical suppliers, other brands and key stakeholders to adopt ambitious chemical management standards." Members of the ZDHC Group include adidas Group, Benetton, Burberry, C&A, Esprit, Gap Inc., G-Star, H&M, Inditex, Nike and Puma.
