YANGON - H&M and Gap Inc have reaffirmed their commitment to supporting the responsible development of Myanmar's garment manufacturing industry and are encouraging the adoption of labour reforms based on ILO guidelines. The apparel retailers, among the first to start sourcing from Myanmar following the easing of US sanctions, have issued a statement at the conclusion of recent ILO Labour Forum in Yangon.
