Written by Brett Mathews

Peter Waeber, bluesign

ST GALLEN – Bluesign Technologies has launched a new online tool which, it claims, will allow textile mills to benchmark the efficiency of their wet processing operations against optimised, industry best practices – enabling them to significantly improve their resource productivity and sustainability in the process. The blueXpert tool, developed with leading chemical businesses Dystar, Archroma and Huntsman, is aiming to "bring resource productivity in the textile industry to the next level," by enabling textile mills to slash water, energy and chemical consumption.
