BCI launches first 'on product' mark

GENEVA – In a bid to drive consumer demand for textiles and clothing made from more sustainable cotton, the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) has today launched its first ever product mark. However, at this stage the new BCI product mark will represent mass balance traceability and will not necessarily imply Better Cotton content of a labelled product.
