MUMBAI - The International Cotton Advisory Committee (ICAC) has commissioned a study on climate change and cotton production in modern farming systems. The news was announced at the closing of ICAC's recent 74th Plenary Meeting in Mumbai, India, where it was also noted that "measures to increase soil organic matter can help maintain long-term soil fertility, while at the same time contributing to climate change adaptation and mitigation."
