DHAKA – A factory fire in Bangladesh which started before 6,000 workers had began their shifts has raised renewed fears over the safety of the country's ready-made-garment (RMG) industry. Bangladesh Accord signatories H&M and JC Penney are among confirmed buyers from the factory, which was inspected by the Accord in October 2015.
