Award for nano cellulose extraction technology

Dr. Shaul Lapidot, Co-Founder and CEOof Melodea, receives Nanotechnology Innovation of the Year Award at NanoIsrael 2016

REHOVOT – An Israeli company which has developed a technology for the industrial-scale extraction of nano crystalline cellulose (NCC) from side streams of the paper industry and wood pulp - which could potentially be used in the manufacture of high-performance reinforcing materials and textiles - has won the Nanotechnology Innovation of the Year Award at the NanoIsrael 2016 conference.
