Gap commits to Better Cotton

GENEVA – US apparel brand Gap Inc has joined the Better Cotton Initiative. The company says that in the first half of 2016 it sourced 441,000 pounds of Better Cotton – enough to make 250,000 pairs of jeans - and plans to continue to increase sourcing significant amounts of Better Cotton in the future.
