HUANGGANG - The Huanggang government in China has announced it will establish a major recycling base to tackle the city's growing problem of textile waste. The city, which is in central China's Hubei Province, will receive 13.5 billion yuan (US$1.9USM) from the Yangtze River Economic Belt Industry Fund to recycle textile waste and turn it into a new material.
