NEW YORK – The Accelerating Circularity initiative is seeking partners for its recently announced US trials of commercial scale textile-to-textile systems.
The organisation has published a new report, Putting Textiles to Good Use, in which it explains more about its proposals to speed up the industry’s move from linear to circular models.
The report presents the rationale and goals for the trials, including ambitious content minimums of 40 per cent recycled blends and 20 per cent post-consumer inputs for all trials.
