YANCHENG - The partnership between TotalEnergies Corbion and Bluepha, which was formed to advance the developments of bio-based fibres for the Chinese textile market, has announced its first commercial milestone.
The collaboration between the two companies, which was first announced in May 2023, has produced its first products using a blend of TotalEnergies Corbion's Luminy PLA (polylactic acid), and Bluepha PHA (polyhydroxyalkanoates) with the articles set to hit the market in 2024.
