NEW YORK - Innovative funding models will be needed if fashion and textiles suppliers - who are responsible for the bulk of the industry's CO2 emissions - are to play their part in meeting climate change targets.

That is the conclusion of a new report, 'Catwalk to Carbon Neutral', commissioned by seven major manufacturers which points out that suppliers are the least-well equipped to meet the cost of decarbonisation.
