STOCKHOLM - Swedish fashion giant H&M last year reduced its CO2 emissions in its global supply chain by 22%, compared to a 2019 baseline, according to its new annual and sustainability report.

The company says the reduction in its Scope 3 emissions - where the bulk of the fashion industry's carbon footprint lies - amounts to a decrease of 625,000 tonnes CO2e.
