As part of their monitoring programmes, FWF expects its affiliates to engage in capacity building activities and invest in worker participation, including factory training.
To encourage this and support the FWF affiliates in their efforts, FWF published a paper on factory training in China, discussing best practices based on an investigation among a wide range of stakeholders. The paper is both in English and in Chinese, for optimal accessibility.
