Inditex launches new sustainability plan

zaraARTEIXO - Inditex, owners of global brands such as Zara, Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius and Oysho, has launched its new ‘Sustainable Inditex, 2011-2015’ Program.

Highlighting the achievements under the Strategic Environmental Plan 2007-2010 at the company’s recent AGM, deputy chairman and CEO, Pablo Isla, unveiled the new initiative which is designed to consolidate and increase environmental standards, guided by ambitious targets in terms of cutting both direct and indirect levels of carbon emissions, i.e. those deriving from industrial supplier activity.
