German action plan for CSR supports GRI

GRI recently reported that the German government adopted its first National Strategy for Corporate Social Responsibility - ‘Action Plan for CSR’ - on 6 October 2010. The aim of the Action Plan is to anchor CSR more firmly in enterprises and public bodies and win over even more small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for CSR. It also aims to increase the visibility and credibility of CSR.
