MUNICH - Lenzing has won the 2011 Ispo Eco Responsibility Award in the Fibres & Fabrics category for its Tencel Sun fibre.
Tencel Sun, which is designed to provide permanent protection from the sun through pigment incorporation, is a cellulosic fibre and is described as an ideal alternative to polyester fibres and conventionally finished fabrics offering similar solar protection.
