C&A commits to sustainable African cotton

CmiAHAMBURG - C&A, one of Europe's leading fashion retailers has said that next year it will take up to 1,000 tonnes of sustainably produced African cotton, which is intended to improve the living conditions of some 240,000 smallholder farmers and their families in Benin, Burkina Faso, Zambia, Malawi and the Ivory Coast.
