Lenzing sues over Lyocell patents

LenzingLENZING – Austria-based Lenzing AG, which makes branded Tencel and Lyocell fibres has taken out a preliminary injunction against four former employees to stop them using its patented Lyocell spinning technology to supply the Chinese viscose fibre producer Boading Swan Ltd.
