German Fairtrade cotton sales fall

Fairtrade logoCOLOGNE – Sales of Fairtrade certified cotton textiles in Germany dropped last year for the first time since 2008, which was in stark contrast to an overall 18 per cent rise in sales of Fairtrade certified consumer goods in the country. By Alexandra Perschau.
