LONDON – Marks & Spencer says that UK consumers have handed back half a million unwanted items of clothing following the launch six weeks ago of its ‘Shwopping’ clothes recycling initiative, but warns that thanks to fast fashion, Britain is becoming a nation of ‘one-wear wonders’.
