HONG KONG – The Higg Index, water use in China, an organic cotton ‘disconnect’ and the on-going Greenpeace Detox campaign were all central themes at the Sustainable Textiles Conference in Hong Kong, which pulled in 330 delegates from 36 countries, and proved to an influential networking event for brands, textile mills and NGO’s.
