WASHINGTON – The Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC) and The American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to increase collaboration on key sustainability initiatives across the US apparel and footwear industry in a move, which will help promote SAC’s Higg Index to the textile industry, regulators and legislators.
