cottonpilesWASHINGTON - Global cotton production is projected to see its smallest output for four years in 2013/14, decreasing by 11 per cent to 23.2 million tons due to lower cotton prices and the increased attractiveness of competing crops according to the International Cotton Advisory Committee (ICAC).
