Wine dyed denim gets the blues

Wine-dyed fabricABRUZZO, ITALY – An Italian denim producer is to launch a new range of coloured denim dyed with wine instead of synthetic dyes to produce bright blues and soft brown coloured jeans. The firm says it has acquired a worldwide, exclusive patent on the process from Korean fabrics manufacturer Ecoyaa under an agreement that allows it to distribute and market wine-dyed denim under the ‘Wine-Tex’ brand.
