KIK agrees to factory fire compensation

PAKISTAN – German discount clothing chain KIK has signed a compensation agreement with the Pakistan Institute of Labour Education and Research (PILER) to make a US$1 million payment to victims of the Ali Enterprises textile factory fire in Pakistan, and to create a long-term compensation plan.  alt
