Circular economy bid for Chinese textiles

China logoBEIJING – China's garment sector can learn lessons from other countries – where recycling technology is becoming increasingly prevalent – in order to address the issues of natural resource shortages and excessive carbon emissions. That was the key messages of this week's round-table conference in Beijing, which looked at how the country’s garment industry can move towards a circular economy model.
