MONASTIR – Textile researchers in Tunisia claim to have developed a non-conventional, eco-friendly exhaust dyeing process for pre-cationised indigo denim fabrics that uses glucose dissolved in water as a reducing agent, in the presence of alkali and an optimal temperature range.
